About Alliance Bookkeeping Solutions
Hi, welcome to Alliance Bookkeeping Solutions, LLC! I’m Elizabeth Mullaney, Owner and Founder of Alliance Bookkeeping Solutions, and yes — believe it or not, I really do enjoy bookkeeping!
My background in real estate began in 1995, when I earned my real estate license and worked in property management until 2002. That experience gave me a strong understanding of the financial side of real estate and the day-to-day challenges property owners and managers face.
After leaving property management, I transitioned into bookkeeping and have spent the past 24 years building my experience in the field. In 2020, I founded Alliance Bookkeeping Solutions, where I now focus on providing virtual bookkeeping support to real estate investors and property owners. My real estate bookkeeping experience also includes recording property purchases and sales from settlement statements, including both long-term hold properties and quick flips.
I am a QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor and have also completed the Bookkeeper Business Launch program.
When I’m not crunching numbers, you’ll most likely find me traveling and spending time with my Shetland Sheepdogs — often at AKC conformation and Fast CAT events.
